How do I buy shares?

If you are a prospective buyer you should contact our approved stock broking firm to obtain the relevant trading mandate.

The stock broking firm will require you to provide the following documentation:
- An original signed trading mandate
- Required FICA documentation
- Proof of banking details
- You will be required to deposit the funds into the firm’s Trust account before settlement date.

The stock broking firm will place an order to buy the shares into the OTC trading system.

The OTC trading system matches the order using the price and time priority rules.

The change in beneficial ownership to yourself/your company will take place on or after settlement day.
How do I sell my shares?
- If you are a shareholder looking to sell shares, you should contact our approved stock broking firm to obtain the relevant trading mandate.
- The stock broking firm will then require you to provide the following documentation:
- An original signed trading mandate
- Required FICA documentation
- Proof of banking details
- A duly completed and signed CM42 form – to transfer the beneficial ownership from the seller’s name to the nominated broking firm’s nominee company name.
- The stock broking firm will place an order to sell the shares on the OTC trading system.
- The OTC trading system matches the order using the price and time priority rules.
- The proceeds of the sale become available on settlement day.
